Affiliate Disclosure

As of today this site carries no affiliate links and earns nothing. This page exists ahead of that rather than after it, so the disclosure is never playing catch-up with the first link.

If that changes, here is the standard it will be held to:

• Every affiliate link is marked inline, where it appears — not only disclosed on a page you would have to go find. The marker travels with the link.
• Recommendations are not for sale. No paid reviews, no sponsored placements, no product mention written in exchange for anything.
• Gear gets linked because it is genuinely used or genuinely worth knowing about in this area, and would be recommended the same way with no commission attached.
• If a link earns a commission, it costs you nothing extra.

This site’s whole premise is that it is built from public record rather than from anyone’s roster or anyone’s sponsorship. An affiliate link that quietly shaped what got listed would undercut that, so it will not happen.
